It's an amazing design & looks sleek in any space but the framing is pretty flimsy. We are having to add our own cross bars for more support & boards under the mattresses cuz the support bars are not sturdy enough! Also extremely squeakyI would give this a better review but it took almost two months to get to me! The beds are an okay fit but a very bad downside to this product is that it sqeeks! I mean it squeaks so much that everyone with a teo room radios can hear when you move on it or goes up or down, on or off! Otherwise, it fine but because of this alone I dont give it a better view.We bought this bed for my 18 year old nephews who just moved in with us... we got it really quickly (considering it wasn't a prime package). It came in about 1000 pieces (maybe an exaggeration) but it was super difficult to put together, specifically the crossbars where the mattress goes.. it seems pretty sturdy except one of the legs is slightly shorter than the others and it makes it wobbly. Overall, though, it will do the trick for my nephews.This is a good bunk bed for the price. Lots of headspace on the bottom bunk for sitting up or playing on the bunk. This wasn't as easy to assemble as our old Ikea model but it still didn't take all day to do. My kids love it. It also isnt bulky and takes minimal wall space in a small roomVery good quality and easy to put together. Just get a powered screwdriver or drill and use the right bit to make life easier and avoid hand tightening each screw. It took us less than two hour without rushing ourselves to put together. My 7-year old and 12 year old love it. Very sturdy and peace of mind.*Update it's been six months and the bed is literally in pieces. To the point where it is no longer save for my kids to sleep on. It claimed to hold up to 400lbs. My girls are both under 100lbs and have twin size 6 inch think memory foam mattresses. Parts that came welded together began to snap and the bed wobbled uncontrollably in the first month. Money down the drain.It arrived faster than expected. It comes in many pieces but the parts are not labeled very well. The instruction manual however has photos which helped. With some time, detail and common sense it wasn't to hard to figure out. Attaching the top bunk was the hardest part and required some muscle and a second set of hands. Its sturdy. Looks great and fits the twin mattresses well.Quick assembly tome sturdily built, kids love them!This bed exceeded our expectations. 4 adults that weight approximately 150 pounds each, can fit on this bed.
