I have been looking for a dog crate for the back seat of my car for several weeks. Twice I have ordered the wrong thing, and I think it's because sometimes the product isn't described very well? So finally I typed in something different, and I don't remember what it was, but this item popped up. I took a risk and I ordered it. Got it almost overnight. Took it out of the box on snapped a snap and the whole thing unfolded. And I only had to do two things to it. That is reach inside where the two bars are one on each side left and right, and put the one bar inside of the other one which was a little difficult and when it got in there let go then I flip the cage around and I did the same on the other side! And low and behold the perfect dog crate that won't cave in in the car and a steady and sturdy lots of privacy for the dog and lots of mesh to take a peek at them on a trip. There's also a place for a water bottle, and a place if you wanted to use doggy bags. I recommend this highly. I'm so glad that I finally found what I wanted. And it comes with the pad inside of it! I added another pad that I already had. Buy it.The construction of the carrier is good, the only problem is how hard it is to put together, you must be extremely strong. I haven’t taken it down because I don’t want to have to fight to put it back together againI have a husky and I’ve been using these crates for the car since she was ten weeks old she’s 4 now . Love them !!!Purchased for both in-home bed and travel. Product is difficult to unfold and assemble. Suggest letting it sit out in direct sunlight o a warm day for an hour before assembly. It is a very stable unit and comes with everything needed. I did add an insert cushioned bed for our small dog. Quality product, however, screens are pretty thin and could be torn by an aggressive pet.Perfect for home or travelExcellent productI wish it a little bigger.As others mentioned, the bars to support the sides of this dog crate were way too long, as if the wrong ones had been assembled in the product. I happened to have a small pipe cutter which I used to cut them to the right length and then it was perfect and very sturdy. I wish at least one of the side mesh panels unzipped. I like that the foam cushion has a cover. I have washed it several times and no issues.Item as described, sturdy, light weight just perfect for our dogI'm really pleased with the quality and style of this crate. My Havanese has plenty of room to be comfortable and the large screened areas provide great air circulation . I'm able to put the seatbelt around the crate to keep it securely in place while driving .
