I bought th largest size possible for my growing Siberian husky pup. She is 6 months and about 40 lbs and just got spayed. She loves it, my only concern is that she is a scratcher and a digger. I’ll update in a few months with how that’s come along. Bed looks and feels nice-however it has also made my pup sneeze a lot. I recommend washing this before letting your pup sleep or nap on it!Our 11 pound chiweenie has plenty of room on this bed, and ever since we got it, she's so comfortable in her bed and happy to sleep at night. She sleeps so soundly and stays nice and warm. My only complaint is there isn't quite enough structure - we added her old bed (which is essentially a crate pad) in between the bed part and the pillow part, and this is what has worked best for her. Otherwise the bottom is a little too flimsy and the pillow isn't firm enough. I would say this product needs a little more padding on the bottom to really be comfortable, but again, this is easily fixed by just adding your own. It is super soft and has stayed that way through multiple washes. You can easily throw it in a washing/drying machine - our dog even misses it when it's gone! Over the past couple of months, it doesn't show any wear and no tears, even though our teething puppy loves to chew on it! She tears up all of her toys but hasn't torn through this, which is a great sign of durability for us. I would definitely recommend!I was disappointed because I bought a smaller size (24" - first picture), and was very happy with the firmness and how the inner cushion snub itself underneath the perimeter of the rectangle, giving it a firmness and fullness, yet a fluffy softness surrounding the cushion inside as well as the outside. The 36" (second picture) rectangle lounger was not as firm or fluffy. It was flimsy and not as fluffy as the 24". The inside cushion was about 6" shorter and did not match the 36" rectangle. I had to push the cushion together to get the fluffiness. It did not snub itself under the walls of the outer rectangle without leaving a gap, making it less appealing to the eyes. I decided to return it. I did not mention how tacky the box was because a box can be tacky on the outside and the merchandise can be suitable and usable on the inside of the box. In my case although the box was damaged with holes and was over-taped, and the product was not damaged. BUT THE ITEM DID NOT MEET THE SIZE REQUIREMENTS, WHICH WAS MISMATCHED in size. Also in my opinion, IT DID NOT MATCH THE FIRMNESS, YET SOFTNESS AND FLUFFINESS AS THE 24" LOUNGER THAT I HAVE. As far as cleaning, I don't know yet. And for durability, I am sure it will last, the material is of good quality.Edit from original review: The seller contacted me regarding the bed and offered to either exchange for a new bed or get a full refund. That is good customer service. I opted for a refund and may actually see if they offer any other products that I could use for my dog. I’m really happy that stepped up and took action.Original Review: I received the dog bed about 3 weeks ago. Almost 2 weeks after it was received, I came home and thought my dog had destroyed his new bed. After further investigation, I learned that the seams on one side had busted, due to poot craftsmanship. It was literally a clean bust. I simply sewed it up and hoped for the best. A few days later, my dog managed to drag in mud or poo and got it on his bed. I threw it in the washer and the other seam burst, while in the washer. Again, I find myself sewing up another poorly constructed seam. While soft and comfy, the structure was utter crap and the fabric doesn’t clean well in the washer, either. I ended up buying a better quality bed and stored this bed, until I can get the remaining two sides resewen as well. The stuffing inside the bed it torn up pieces of green foam, or something related. It sticks to everything, therefore, I want to spare any more sudden seam bursts.Absolutely love it!! I bought this for my little diva of the house but, as you can see the big guy likes it too. They actually share it. Even tho the big guy has his owns. They love it so I doI like it because it is soft, cushy, easy to clean & my over weight, medium size, mix breed dog loves it!Puppy jumped into it right away. It fits perfectly in her kennel. At 12 weeks she stays in it 7-8 hours a night. Yay for me. I have not tried to wash it yet but I have high hopes. Seems well made. And she has not tried to chew it yet, which destroyed her first two non Jemma beds.Guess I never submitted this originally. But now will update. Pup now 23 weeks and this bed has set a record in her short life It has lasted 2.5 months. Just washed for the 2nd time and it came out great again. She is very happy to go to her “room”/crate and relax on this bed. The bottom is a good feature, it’s thicker than most of the other beds I have seen, sort of rubbery but yet really. The pad under the bed arrived vacuum sealed. I thought I would take shape and expand with time but the pad is thin. The stuffing in the square frame edges around the bed is poor quality and not full enough.
