Great customer service..helped me figure out size. Same great quality as original!Great Pyrenees owner here. I've never seen a cover that could TRULY stay in tact through his scratching and be waterproof to his wet fur when he decides the pond is a good place to cool off. This has done both, so far.I filled mine with a 6" deep, queen cooling gel mattress cut to size. I no longer used it and have a name brand one for myself. The cover was forgiving of my bad foam cutting skills (way harder than you think!). And I was able to smush the foam down and zip up around it. Zipper is very strong and looks like it will hold for a long while through many zips, unzips, and washing.1st wash was fine and didn't reduce water proof ability. I will update if I experience anything negative, as I have not owned it too long.I love this dog bed, but the replacement cover isn’t worth the price. Pricey for a see through cover….wish it was thicker and sturdier as it is for my Great Dane 140 lb dog…So much better than the furry one that came with the original bed back in 2017. Surprisingly soft and I can sweep his long hair right off for the rumba to get. Really happy with this and so is my fur baby. Really durable.I ordered 2 extra large size and they are plenty big for my boxer & 140lb French Mastiff. I used an old 5" memory foam mattress topper. My big boys love their new beds. As a bonus these beds do not hold the dog stench, like a fabric bed does.Replacement fit perfect and was same quality as the original.Good dog bed cover; happy with it and easy to remove and washLove that I was able to find a back up when washing the other.This is somewhat of an annual purchase for us. Our Husky loves her Dog's Bed. We bought it about 2 Years ago, together with a fleece cover for winter and one of these Oxford fabric covers for the warmer months.We had problems with other dog beds in the past. Mainly because our Husky loves to have a good dig, before she lies down for a snooze. This behaviour - while perfectly natural - left her old dog bed with a ripped cover and deep holes in the mattress, in no time.The Dog's Bed Cover is very different. While they do usually give up after about a year, they seem to be very scratch resistant and keep their form very well.
