I tried to return it and was told it would cost over 100 dollars to return it. This was the biggest rip off I have ever experienced. This item should be taking off the market and this company should be shut down. I end up throwing this trash away. You might get over but you will never succeed. I am a very unhappy customer and I am disappointed with Amazon for referring this company. Shut it down. I would not recommend this to my worse enemy.I wish the mattress fit in the bag with the bed carrierHad to get a 2 inch foam mattress topper to make it comfortable. I am pleased with how sturdy it is. Using at my daughter's home until I am in my own house. I will use it in my camper van for traveling. Glad I bought it.The cots were very easy to set up and more sturdy than I expected. As comfortable as one would expect from a camping cot. Most pleased with the purchase.I really like the comfort, but I wished it has the better thicker mattress.
