The wide flat rungs on the ladder covering with rubber padding so it will not hurt your feet when climbing it up. Guard rail Designed with safety in mind, the bed includes full length guardrails with an opening at the top of the ladder to the mattress for easier access, so you don’t have to climb over the guard rail.
