A note advising caution when opening the compressed mattress foam with sharp object would be a nice. I could not tell the foam was in an inner liner and cut the inner liner when opening the compressed bale. There was, however, a note encouraging purchasing of other Bean Products!A cautionary note on the compressed bale or a brief instruction sheet included with the Pet Bed would have been helpful. For the money spent on the Dog Bed, this would be expected.And the Bean Logo Tag on the outer case? A target for growing puppies! Think about the customer, for once, instead of marketing!
