Size is prefer t easy to assemble .Not really quick to assemble. Tools are included. Wish the hardware was able to be assembled with power tools. Arrived with some damage to corner of trundle. Not worth sending back for it. It did arrive about 2 weeks earlier than expected so that was a great surprise.Looks cute, kids love it!My daughter loves her bed! She's pretty tall for her age and still doesn't hit her head on the roof. I myself am pregnant and will lay next to her to help her sleep.. it's a pretty neat bed that holds us both. The bench is amazing. Her dad who is 6'3 has sat on there along with her to watch a movie on her TV. This bed is sturdy and in a few years I plan on paintng it blue for when baby boy is ready for a bed. Very unique bed, unlike the one that is just on the floor with a frame of a home. Very overdone.Very cute bed!! Assembly took some definite tweaking and a lot of time…however, overall pleased with finished product.Overall a nice bed. However, one of the rails was broken and it was missing a couple screws. Also the instructions had a couple parts miss numbered. We were able to figure out the correct parts and assemble. I had some screws that we were able to use to replace the missing screws. The rail is the big issue because it was cracked at the end. I had to tape the broken part together so my grandson didn't get a splinter.It arrived fast and in good condition with all the parts included. On that I give it a 5. Set up was ok, but it definitely needs two people and a couple of hours. My main problem is the quality Of the bed. The materials are not furniture quality , more like chicken coop quality. The tandem bed is too small for a twin mattress, so you have to find an rv mattress that would fit. Too complicated to return, so we will use it for the holidays and sale it.It’s a very good bed!
