ComfortableVery sturdy and well built . Could b be more comfortable tho. Overall good buy.THe cot frame is good but honestly calling this a mattress is a stretch. It is nothing more than a small sized comforter and not a thick comforter at that! I am glad I opened it prior to guest arriving so I can get a proper mattress.Definitely not to sleep onI received this cheap cot. The pad was too thin and it was very uncomfortable. I tried to return it and was told it would cost over 100 dollars to return it. This was the biggest rip off I have ever experienced. This item should be taking off the market and this company should be shut down. I end up throwing this trash away. You might get over but you will never succeed. I am a very unhappy customer and I am disappointed with Amazon for referring this company. Shut it down. I would not recommend this to my worse enemy.The product I received had been previously returned from another buyer . At least that is what it appears to be. The bag was open with a puncture hole. There were no instruction guides and the product came fully put together incorrectly. The foot rest would not pull out and for the chair , the arm rest could not be changed to bring it up. it stays out on the side.I wish the mattress fit in the bag with the bed carrierHad to get a 2 inch foam mattress topper to make it comfortable. I am pleased with how sturdy it is. Using at my daughter's home until I am in my own house. I will use it in my camper van for traveling. Glad I bought it.
