I would give this store and this item 10 stars if I could! So I purchased the full bed with trundle. First of all the assembly is very easy and instruction is very clear. It takes time of course but it is something very easy considering I never made furniture in my life. I used the full bed regularly but not until later I used the trundle bed for my kid. It was creaking and squeaking on every movement and it kept me up at night. I contacted the seller and they were very very very helpful. They walked me through the problem and even sent me a whole new set at no cost so that I can fix the creaking issue. I did make the trundle bed from scratch again and tried my best to do it as carefully and as attentive as possible. Tonight we finally use the trundle bed again and we have little to no creak! I mean it does still have a tiiiiiny creaking sound I would say because the fraction of the wheel and the floor but it is not loud and definitely did not wake me up.
